PSA Oxygen-Nitrogen Plants
We manufacture PSA Oxygen generators for hospital (purity up to 93 - 95%) and Nitrogen generators (purity upto 99.999%) with range (up to 2000m3/hr) as per the latest technology & design of the Company ING. L. & A., BOSCHI, ITALY. This technology has been proven all over the world for its working efficiency & trouble free operation. We also have high purity oxygen generators (PSA-VSA) for industrial applications (upto 98-99% purity).
Principles:
PSA oxygen generator uses zeolite molecular sieve adsorbent, produces oxygen by making use of the PSA principle. Under certain pressure, zeolite molecular sieve has different oxygen/nitrogen adsorption capacity, i.e. much more nitrogen adsorption capacity than oxygen adsorption capacity. PLC controls pneumatic valve on/off to realize two towers alternate adsorption and desorption as per pressure change, carries out oxygen/nitrogen separation and produces oxygen with desired purity.

3. Water process: For oxygen aeration active mud processes, reaeration of surface water. fishes breed aquatics, industrial oxidation process, humid oxygenation.
4. Others: Chemical industry production, solid garbage burning, concrete production, glass manufacturing, medical oxygen, etc.
