Our Company was established in 1985 by Mr. Sanjiv Agarwal who is a qualified Chemical Engineer & specialised professional in the design & manufacture of oxygen & nitrogen production plant. We commenced manufacturing of nitrogen & oxygen production plant at our factory at New Delhi and air seperation columns in Genova, Italy.
The designs of our plants were based on the process cycle of Linde & Claude which had been started by Dr. Boschi of Italy with their company ING. L&A. Boschi of Italy in 1930 and perfected with over 70 years of experience.

Our very close association & interaction with the Italian company for over 15 years whose plants are working all over the world in European countries like Italy, Germany France, UK & Australia, and others gave us required exposure and experience in the industry. These plants, based on the Boschi technology, were also exported to Turkey, Greece, Iran, Sharjah, Abudhabi, Quatar, Mauritius, Zambia, Nygeria, Dubai, Syria, South Africa, Egypt, Saudia Arabia, Peru, Qatar, Indonesia, Kuwait, Iraq and many others.
The design of the Oxygen/Nitrogen Plant is based on the Liquification of Air based on low & medium pressure cycle of an Expansion Engine. The air separation column has state-of-the-art BOSCHI distillation trays, multipass exchangers & condensors to get a high yield of oxygen by separation of liquid air which results in very low power consumption. Boschi columns manufacturred by us have been known for its efficiency & long life.
Our vast experience in the field of manufacture of Oxygen/ Nitrogen production equipment has finally resulted into trouble free operation and virtually maintenance free working of our plants. Our plants are also equipped with vacuum insulated Liquid Oxygen Pump. We have supplied and exported over 200 oxygen production plant and equipment all over World and Italy which are working successfully and also exported to international market. These plants are being used either for filling oxygen in cylinders or selling in the market for captive consumption.
Please note, our products are ‘Boschi’ European Brand with CE approved and Certified ISO 9001:2000 and are only being assembled in India for the convenience of better pricing and higher production levels. Our plants can also be supplied complete with skid mounted version ready for installation and argon welded leakproof stainless steel column as per the requirement of the customer.
Our complete technology, designs and manufacturing skills have been acquired from ING L&A BOSCHI, ITALY and perfected in the last 20 years. Dr. Boschi has certified our plants to meet international specifications and we are certified ISO 9001:2000 Company and selling under the same world re known ‘Boschi’ Italy brand name.

It is very important for the customer to understand the relevance of an European/American brand name and technology in design, manufacturing supply, installation, commissioning and guarantee of CRYOGENIC type oxygen/nitrogen plants where the highest form of metallurgy and process engineering is used due to low temperature (-190 degree centigrade) as all equipment are CLASS I rated pressure vessels.
Please note that our Plants are equipped with integral vaporizer and molecular sieves of Zeochem, Switzerland with Liquid Oxygen Pump for filling Oxygen directly into cylinders/bottles thus eliminating use of old bulky type Oxygen Compressors and there are no recurring costs of chemicals in our plants.
We are manufacturing with the brand name “Boschi” as our quality meets international specification and standards. Our quality has been passed by most of the agencies and SGS (society General De Surveillance) for export.
SCOPE OF SUPPLY of oxygen plants
The plant can be supplied complete with LT switch gear and starters for all the motors and electrical equipment, complete with main electrical panel and all accessories like cooling tower, water pump, lines etc. as per our offer, all the equipment from after cooler, cascade cooler to molecular sieve battery is mounted on a skid/platform with all gas lines and water lines, drain manifold so that it is ready and pre-erected for installation at site. You require only cables for the connection of switch and panel/motor, which is very nominal, and details shall be provided to you along with the plant (Wring Diagram).
Our OXYGEN/ NITROGEN plants are highly efficient Expander and trouble free liquid oxygen pump with LIQUIFIER for option to produce Liquid Oxygen / Nitrogen which make the plant work on low-pressure cycle resulting in very high efficiency and low power consumption. The air separation column of “Boschi” design has special stainless steel trays to extract maximum Oxygen from atmospheric air to give maximum yield depending on the purity of gas required by you.
We can supply you Oxygen /Nitrogen Plant from 10 cum/hr. to 50,000 cum/hr of any type and specifications., Acetylene plant from 15 cum/hr. to200cum/hr., Nitrous Oxide plants from 8 cum/hr to 24 cum/hr.
