Nitrogen is one of the most abundant elements in the atmosphere of our planet and across the planet.  It is said that nitrogen constitutes 78% of earth’s atmosphere by volume and it is also found inside earth in a great measure. Nitrogen is commercially produced for application in industrial and medical applications.  Naturally occurring air has 78% nitrogen but industrial and medical processes require nitrogen with purity up to 99.99%. For industries, it has now become imperative to purchase nitrogen plant for production of onsite nitrogen. Industries used to get their supplies from industrial gas retailers but now the industries and businesses are increasingly opting for onsite production.

We are one of the few nitrogen plant manufacturers that use the latest techniques and the best designing in the fabrication. Best quality materials and components are used in the manufacturing of nitrogen plants. We offer the best nitrogen generating plant cost in the industry.  It is also advised that customers must request nitrogen plant technical specifications, nitrogen plant quote and various other details to know how the machinery has been fabricated and how it is expected to perform. This is our unique feature that we leave no stone unturned to make technologically advanced nitrogen plants but still we are able to offer impressive nitrogen generating plant cost.

How nitrogen plant works

Nitrogen generating plant taps atmospheric air which is compressed in the air separation unit. After the air is compressed it is sent into the cleanup systems where impurities such as carbon dioxide, hydrocarbons and moisture are removed. Now, the air gets moved into heat exchanger where it is cooled to extremely low temperature.  Then, it is moved into a high pressure distillation column where nitrogen is separated from other gases. It is distilled till it meets industrial specifications. Nitrogen is deposited at the top of distillation column.

Nitrogen is known as the largest industrial gas used in the manufacturing of fertilizers, nitric acid, nylon, dyes and explosives.  It is estimated that annually over 150 million tonnes of ammonia is produced. Nitrogen is mainly used for providing inerting atmosphere which is used for preservation of food and making of diodes and transistors. It is also used for annealing stainless steel products.
